How to leave a ticket

LogIn -> go to Projects -> Choose the right category (Example: If you would like to leave a ticket regarding HP-MP, go to Combined machines) -> go to New Issue -> fill in the information and attach pictures if available -> create issue

Ticket is now created. You will get a short notice via Mail about status of your tickets.
